To place an order, follow these simple steps:

3 - Add items to your shopping cart
4 - Click on "Finalize order"
5 - Fill in your shipping and payment information
6 - Confirm your order

You will immediately receive a confirmation email with tracking number.

Changes can be made within 2 hours of your order being confirmed, provided it is not yet in preparation.

Important: Sale, personalized or hygiene items (underwear, swimwear) cannot be returned.

To exchange an item :

 1 - Log in to your customer account
 2 - Go to "My orders" and select the item
 3 - Choose "Request an exchange"
 4 - Select the new size/color desired
 5 - Print the free return label
 6 - Return the item in its original packaging

💡 Tip: Exchanging is quicker than a return-refund. Your new item will be shipped as soon as we receive your old one.
